Ato Yewondwossen Eteffa, Managing Director of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation and Ato Hailekiros Woldemichael the chairperson of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Employees Union has signed the agreement in the presence of top management and other Union leaders.

Collective agreements are signed every three years after both parties made negotiation and reached consensus. It was leat that the agreement will come to force after approved by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
