Ethiopian Insurance Corporation settled a claim worth birr 24.8 million to Agricultural Inputs Supply Enterprise on April 22, 2010 on Marine Insurance.

Mr. Yewondwossen Eteffa, Managing Director, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation in his remark in the handing over of the check said that the claim is paid because 21,353 metric tone fertilizer of Agricultural Inputs Supply Enterprise is fully damaged while on transit by ship to Djibouti port.
