The Ethiopian Insurance Corporation has graduated 98 pre-service trainees on 27th July, 2009 at the Corporation%u2019s auditorium.

Ato Getachew Yisma, A/Managing Director of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation, after handing over the certificates for the graduates said that in order to be competitive not only in the country but also in the inteational market, EIC has given special attention to implementing BPR and since the graduates joined the corporation at this time of change, they are believed to contribute their share for the fruitfulness of the change process.

The students representative, Ato Alemayeu Hailu, on his part said that they have been acquainted with life and non-life insurance policies from the theoretical and practical lessons of the training.

Alemayehu assured their readiness to work hard for the realization of the Corporations vision and stated that they will hopefully avoid the weaknesses which they have seen in the last two months. 

 It has been leat that the trainees have been introduced with the concept of insurance, the insurance covers EIC provides and the vision and missions of the corporation.
